I wanted to let St Paul Heating and Cooling how grateful I am for the customer service Jason Page provide to me.   
I purchased a furnace, air conditioner, and hot water heater from your company last fall.  This week the outdoor unit of my air conditioner stop working.  I left a phone message after hours.  Jason contacted me that night within 30 minutes and ask me to try somethings to see if I could get it working.  Nothing worked.  He setup a appointment the next day at 11:00 AM.  Came out and found the problem.  He didn't have the part to fix the problem but he got the air conditioner working and said he would order the part and come back the next day.  Well the air stopped working that afternoon and I called him.  He was very nice and came over that night (on his own time) and replaced the part and the air conditioner works great.  He showed great customer service by coming over in the evening on his time off to help me out.  You have a great employee working for you.  This experience will make me a life long customer of St Paul Heating and Cooling.  Thank you Jason and thank you St Paul Heating and Cooling for the great service.
